Helix 6 Precision warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
This warranty does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from:
All warranty claims require prior authorization from Helix 6 Precision.
Warranty determinations are made following evaluation of the product and the circumstances surrounding the claim.
Helix 6 Precision barrels carry a sub-½ MOA accuracy guarantee when used with match-grade ammunition, quality components, a properly assembled rifle, and a capable shooter.
Achieving this level of accuracy requires the entire rifle system to perform together. Ammunition, optics, action quality, installation, and shooter ability all play an important role. Even the highest-quality barrel cannot compensate for deficiencies in other components or ammunition.
If a customer experiences accuracy or performance concerns, we encourage them to contact us. We will arrange for the barrel to be returned for evaluation upon prior authorization. Our evaluation process may include detailed inspection, precision measurements, and live-fire testing by our professional shooting staff to help identify the source of the issue.
Every situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we identify an issue with our barrel, we will take appropriate steps to correct it. We also recognize that performance concerns can involve factors beyond the barrel itself, and we will work with the customer to help identify those factors whenever possible.
At Helix 6 Precision, we stand behind our products and value our customers. We are not in the business of leaving customers unhappy. Our goal is to understand the concern, evaluate the circumstances, and work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
Many Helix 6 Precision products are manufactured on a per-order basis, including barrels produced to customer-selected specifications.
Due to the nature of precision manufacturing, custom and built-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except as required by applicable law or in connection with an approved warranty claim.
Helix 6 Precision will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes or cancellations before production begins when possible.
Changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges or revised lead times.
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims require prior authorization from Helix 6 Precision.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Return eligibility, shipping responsibilities, and any applicable fees will be determined based on the product, the circumstances of the return, and applicable law.
