Q FIX Pre-Fit Carbon Fiber Barrels

Helix 6 Precision’s carbon fiber pre-fit barrels for the Q FIX are designed for precision shooters, hunters, and custom rifle builders seeking top-tier performance with a lightweight, high-performance barrel.

Q FIX Components Required

The original Q FIX barrel, barrel extension, bolt, and barrel nut are required to properly fit and headspace this barrel. Customers must send these components to Helix 6 Precision. We will reuse the existing barrel extension and barrel nut when fitting the new Helix 6 carbon fiber barrel.

Each barrel is precision chambered and fitted to the customer’s existing barrel extension. Built around a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, these barrels are button-rifled, hand-lapped, and wrapped using our proprietary carbon fiber process.

Unlike traditional carbon barrels, Helix 6 barrels are designed to maintain point of impact (POI) during extended strings of fire, providing consistent performance for precision shooting and hunting.

Each Helix 6 barrel carries a sub-½ MOA accuracy guarantee when used with match-grade ammunition, quality components, and by a capable shooter.
