Button Rifling Tikka T3/T3x Carbon Fiber Barrel Blank

Helix 6 Precision’s Tikka T3/T3x button-rifled carbon fiber barrel blanks are built for custom rifle builders, precision shooters, and backcountry hunters seeking accuracy, consistency, and lightweight performance.

Each blank features a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, button-rifled and hand-lapped for consistent bore dimensions and accuracy. The core is wrapped using our proprietary high-carbon, low-resin carbon fiber process, providing a stiff, lightweight barrel with excellent thermal stability.

Each Helix 6 barrel carries a sub-½ MOA accuracy guarantee when used with match-grade ammunition, quality components, and by a capable shooter.

  • Tikka T3/T3x Platform – 1.140" tenon diameter for proper fitment to Tikka T3/T3x actions.
  • Cut-to-Length Design – The steel core is large enough to accommodate 5/8-24 muzzle threading at any finished length. Blanks can be finished at the listed length or cut shorter. Each inch removed reduces weight by approximately 1.5 oz.
  • Precision Button Rifling – Produces a consistent bore and groove profile for excellent accuracy and repeatable performance.
  • High-Carbon, Low-Resin Construction – Designed to maximize stiffness while minimizing weight and providing excellent thermal stability.
  • Hand-Lapped Bore – Provides a smooth, consistent bore surface for reliable accuracy and performance.

Weights are based on unfinished blanks at 27". Weights are approximate. As a general guideline, each additional 1" of barrel length adds approximately 1.5 oz of weight. Actual weight may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, contour, and final machining.

Example: A finished Tikka 6.5 Creedmoor barrel at 24" weighs approximately 2 lbs 8 oz.
