6.5 Grendel AR-15 Carbon Fiber Barrels

Helix 6 Precision 6.5 Grendel carbon fiber AR-15 barrels are designed for precision shooters, hunters, competitors, and custom rifle builders seeking a lightweight, accurate platform with excellent downrange performance. The 6.5 Grendel is designed around the AR-15 platform and offers an efficient combination of ballistic performance, accuracy, and effective range.

Each barrel features a Rifle Length Gas System and is precision chambered and headspaced for straightforward installation into a compatible AR-15 upper.

This barrel is chambered for 6.5 Grendel and is designed for use with a Type II 6.5 Grendel bolt.

Built around a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, these barrels are button-rifled and hand-lapped, then wrapped using our proprietary high-carbon, low-resin carbon fiber process.

Unlike traditional carbon barrels, Helix 6 barrels are designed to maintain point of impact (POI) during extended strings of fire, providing consistent performance for precision shooting, hunting, and competition.

Each Helix 6 barrel carries a sub-½ MOA accuracy guarantee when used with match-grade ammunition, quality components, and by a capable shooter.
