Helix OCTO – Octagonal Carbon Technology Optimized – Cut Rifled Fitted Carbon Fiber Barrel

The Helix OCTO Fitted Barrel is engineered for precision rifle builders and shooters who demand exceptional accuracy, stiffness, and thermal stability from a production-ready barrel system.

Each barrel features a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, precision cut-rifled and hand-lapped for exceptional consistency and accuracy. The core is then integrated with Helix 6 Precision’s proprietary high-carbon, low-resin composite system, delivering an optimized balance of strength, rigidity, thermal stability, and weight reduction.

The OCTO geometry is engineered directly into the barrel, using flat surfaces and reinforced corners to increase stiffness and reduce deflection compared to traditional round profiles. This structural design also allows for more intentional carbon fiber orientation, helping improve stability as barrel temperatures change during sustained firing.

Each Helix 6 OCTO barrel carries a ½ MOA accuracy guarantee when used with match-grade ammunition, quality components, and by a capable shooter.
