Zermatt TL3/SR3 Pre-Fit Carbon Fiber Barrels

Helix 6 Precision carbon fiber pre-fit barrels for Zermatt TL3 and SR3 actions are built for precision shooters and custom rifle builders who demand accuracy, consistency, and straightforward installation. Each barrel is precision chambered and threaded for direct fitment to the specified action, eliminating the need for traditional gunsmith fitting.

Our barrels feature a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, button rifled and hand lapped for a smooth, consistent bore. The core is wrapped using our proprietary high-carbon, low-resin carbon fiber process, creating a stiff, thermally stable barrel designed to minimize point-of-impact shift during extended strings of fire.

These pre-fit barrels are designed for direct installation on compatible Zermatt TL3 and SR3 actions and are available in a variety of popular cartridges, lengths, and twist rates.
