Mack Bros Pre-Fit Carbon Fiber Barrels

Helix 6 Precision carbon fiber pre-fit barrels for Mack Bros Element SA, Element LA, EVO II BDL, and EVO II DBM actions are built for precision shooters and custom rifle builders who demand accuracy, consistency, and straightforward installation. Each barrel is precision chambered and threaded for direct fitment to the specified action, eliminating the need for traditional gunsmith fitting.

Built around a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, each barrel is button-rifled and hand-lapped, then wrapped using our proprietary high-carbon, low-resin carbon fiber process. The result is a stiff, thermally stable barrel designed to minimize point-of-impact shift during extended strings of fire.

Each Helix 6 barrel carries a sub-½ MOA accuracy guarantee when used with match-grade ammunition, quality components, and by a capable shooter.
