The 22 Creedmoor combines the efficient short-action design of the Creedmoor family with the performance of a .22-caliber bullet. Built on the .308 Winchester case, the 22 Creedmoor uses the same short-action footprint as cartridges like the 6.5 Creedmoor and 6mm Creedmoor, making it an excellent choice for a lightweight, versatile hunting and precision rifle.

This Helix 6 Precision 22 Creedmoor Prefit Barrel features a match-grade 416R stainless steel core wrapped in our proprietary carbon fiber construction. The result is a lightweight, stiff barrel designed to maintain accuracy and minimize point-of-impact shift as temperatures rise and shooting strings extend.

The 22 Creedmoor is particularly well suited for shooters looking for a combination of high velocity, flat trajectory, low recoil, and high-BC .224-caliber bullets in a compact short-action package.
